bdgl's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity on the platform and is determined at the discretion of bdgl's authority. Cashback benefits are provided under their own terms and conditions.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on bdgl are governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless done through the game's own cash-out feature.
• If any abnormal result occurs due to a technical error, bdgl reserves the right to void that bet.
• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is independently tested.
• For sports betting, bets will be settled only after the official result has been published.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

• Collusion with other players

8.1 Account Closure by bdgl

bdgl may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities
• Order from a court or law enforcement agency
• Account inactive for a long period of time

8.2 Account Closure by User

You can request to close your account at any time through our support team. All active bonuses and wagering requirements will be reviewed before the account is closed. Any eligible remaining funds will be returned.
